Ingredients (Makes 1 serving)
95 grams tinned tuna in water
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated (2 grams)
1/2 tsp lime zest, finely grated (2 grams)
1/2 small red chilli, deseeded and finely diced (5 grams)
1 clove garlic, crushed (3 grams)
2 crackers e.g. Ryvitas (20 grams)
1/2 tsp lime juice (2.5 mls)

Combine tuna, ginger, lime zest, chilli and garlic and mix well.
Divide tuna mixture on top of each Ryvita and squeeze over lime juice to serve.
