- 1 scoop Healthy Man Meal Replacement shake – Vanilla (40g)
- 200ml reduced-fat milk of choice
- ½ frozen banana (45g)
- 2 tsp instant coffee (8g)
- 1 tbsp rolled oats (8g)
Banana Boost Smoothie Recipe Method:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass or serve in the shaker.
