Air Fryer Cheese and Tomato Melt with Extra Cheese Recipe Ingredients:

  • ½ a tomato (50g)
  • 2 slices wholegrain or gluten-free bread of choice (66g)
  • 4 sandwich slices of cheddar cheese (60g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Air Fryer Cheese and Tomato Melt with Extra Cheese Recipe Method:

  1. Add tomato to one slice of bread per person and top with half the cheese.
  2. Season with salt and pepper then add the rest of the cheese to the second bread slice.
  3. Place both slices face up in Air Fryer cook for 3-5min at 180C.
  4. Once the cheese has melted and bread is toasted to your liking, remove it from the air fryer and serve.
