Beef Stir Fry Ingredients

  • 350 grams lean beef
  • cooking oil spray
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 brown onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 2 cups white cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 red capsicum,  sliced
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Beef Stir Fry Recipe Method:

  1. Thinly slice beef and heat a wok or frypan over high heat.
  2. Lightly spray with cooking oil spray and add beef to brown.
  3. Add dried herbs and toss to combine.
  4. Add onion, carrot, cabbage, red capsicum and bean sprouts and stir to combine.
  5. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry for a minute or two until onion is tender and beef is cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.

Serves 2 at 238 calories.
