Healthy Pizza Pockets Recipe Ingredients:
- 30g pepperoni (30g)
- 1 medium wholemeal pita bread (65g)
- ½ tomato, sliced (50g)
- 2 tbsp feta, crumbled (40g)
- ½ tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped (2.5 g)
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (0.3 g)
Healthy Pizza Pockets Recipe Method:
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Slice pepperoni.
- Halve pita bread(s) and open pockets with a knife.
- Divide each pocket half evenly with pepperoni, tomato, feta and basil leaves.
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
- Place on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
