- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (1.3 mls)
- 2 tsp peanut butter (8 grams)
- 2 squares dark chocolate (70%) (10 grams)
Healthy Banana Split Recipe Method:
- Halve the banana lengthways.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta and vanilla.
- Place banana lengths on top of the ricotta mixture.
- Melt chocolate and peanut butter separately in the microwave then drizzle over the top of the banana to serve.
