4 1/2 small banana, mashed (405 grams)
1 cup almond butter (240 grams)
1/2 cup protein powder of choice (90 grams)
3 1/2 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder (28 grams)
2 tbsp maple syrup (40 mls)
Chocolate Fudge Protein Brownies Method
Preheat the oven to 190C and line a small cake tin with baking paper.
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
Pour batter into a lined cake tin and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
