Healthy Man Meal Replacements
Add 40g (2 heaped tablespoons) to 250mL of skim milk, or water as desired. Shake in a shaker until completely dissolved and consume immediately.
For an extra healthy shake, add your favourite fruits, veggies or Super Greens and blend.
