Bacon and Egg Cheese Wrap

This delicious bacon and egg cheese wrap is a healthy version of the usual bacon and egg wrap you’d get at a cafe. It can be prepared in a few minutes so you can enjoy a nutrient-rich breakfast.

Bacon and Egg Cheese Wrap Recipe

Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • Cooking oil spray
  • 2 rashers of bacon, trimmed 60g
  • 1 wholemeal mountain bread wrap 25g
  • 2 tbsp grated tasty cheese 40g
  • 2 boiled eggs 100g
  • ¼ tomato sliced 25g

Bacon and Egg Cheese Wrap Method:

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium-high and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  2. Add bacon and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked to your liking.
  3. Place bacon on wrap and top with grated cheese so it starts to melt from the heat of the bacon.
  4. Peel and slice hard-boiled eggs on top of bacon and cheese. Add tomato slices and wrap.
  5. Enjoy.
