Some of the green things you will find in our Greens include spirulina, barley grass, kale and spinach. Some non-green but equally excellent foods include beetroot, mushrooms and coconut water. Then there’s prebiotics, probiotics and fibre. We don’t entirely know what colour they are, so let’s go with ‘rainbow.’
Because it’s subtly flavoured, Greens is easy to drink. Just add to water or blend into your favourite smoothie for a daily boost of the good stuff.
How to take it?
Mix 7g into a glass of water or your favourite drink, consume immediately. Consume 1-2 serves daily.
