    Will my Garmin Smart Watch be shipped with my Healthy Man order? 

    Your Healthy Man order will be shipped from the Warehouse and the Garmin will be shipped separately 2-4 days after purchase. You will receive a separate shipping notification when it is shipped. 

    My Garmin has not arrived with my Healthy Man order, what should I do?

    Your Garmin will be shipped separately, 2-4 days after your THM order. Please keep an eye out for the shipping information, and let the THM team know if any issues.

    I need help setting up my Garmin Smart Watch

    The first step is to setup your device using the Garmin Connect App. To download the Garmin Connect App and get more support, please click here - https://connect.garmin.com/start/ 

    My Garmin device is faulty or not working, what do I do?

    Please attempt to troubleshoot using the Garmin support centre - https://support.garmin.com/en-AU/

    We will contact the 3rd party retailer supplying the Garmin Smart Watch and put them in touch with you to resolve the issue. 

    What is the returns/warranty policy for the Garmin Smart Watches?

    We are unable to offer our 30-day return guarantee on the Garmin devices so please be careful to select the right item/colour combination before purchasing. 

    All Garmin products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, if you believe the device is faulty, please create a ticket for our support team - https://www.healthyman.com.au/contact-us/

    Is the Garmin available for purchase outside of Australia?

    We would love to offer this to all our customers around the world, but for now, we can only ship Garmin within Australia.
