Healthy Pizza Pockets Recipe. ⁠

👉️Ingredients:⁠
30g pepperoni (30g)⁠
1 medium wholemeal pita bread (65g)⁠
½ tomato, sliced (50g)⁠
2 tbsp feta, crumbled (40g)⁠
½ tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped (2.5 g)⁠
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (0.3 g)⁠
⁠
👉️Method:⁠
-Preheat oven to 200C.⁠
-Slice pepperoni.⁠
-Halve pita bread(s) and open pockets with a knife.⁠
-Divide each pocket half evenly with pepperoni, tomato, feta and basil leaves.⁠
-Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.⁠
-Place on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
